The Bonds & Co. is a family-run, veteran-owned real estate advisory led by husband and-wife team Robert and Nicole Bond.
Our business is an extension of our home, built on faith, family, and integrity. Everything we do is guided by a belief that our work is a form of service, and that helping others is a responsibility, not just a transaction.
Our children are part of the legacy, learning firsthand the value of hard work, resilience, and giving back. This isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are.

We launched our business in January 2020 after relocating to Spokane with no network, no safety net, and no backup plan. One week after welcoming our son, the world shut down.
With everything on the line, we leaned on faith and perseverance, trusting that God would guide our steps. Failure was not an option, so we pressed forward with intention, discipline, and purpose. It took six months to secure our first transaction. From there, momentum followed discipline, and discipline-built trust.
